Le client a pu effectuer le remplacement sur un Iseki KS500 en adaptant le kit pour Iseki KC4f et KC350f. En utilisant seulement la plaque de montage (sans les rehausses) et en reperçant trois trous pour repositionner le nouveau moteur.

Description

This kit includes a modern replacement engine with specifications equivalent to the original engine, as well as several accessories to facilitate its installation on an Iseki KC4, KC350F or KC450F tiller.

These tillers were originally equipped with KF340 KF345 or KF522-A with a 1/2 reduction. ( The first two photos) present an old engine (for identification ) 

The kit includes:

  • New 1/2 geared motor with a choice of 18 or 20mm shaft, supplied without keyway. See the table below to compare the different motors.
  • Bolts
  • Spacers
  • Offset plate
  • Cable accelerator
  • Deflector gas exhaust
  • Belt (longer than the original one)
  • Reboring of the pulley if necessary*

*Generally, the original motor had an 18 or 20mm shaft; in this case, you simply need to select a motor with the corresponding dimensions. In this case, the pulley bore is not necessary.

NB: This kit can also be used for repowering the Iseki KS500 tiller (Kawasaki KF521 engine) but for this you will need to drill two additional holes in the mounting plate to be able to fix it in the original holes of the tiller because the wheelbase of the old engine is different from the KC350.
