Engine repowering kit for Iseki KC4, KC350F, KC450F tillers (KF340/KF345/KF522-A engine)

Repowering your Iseki KC4, KC350F or KC450F tiller

Is your original Iseki KF340, KF345 or Kawasaki KF522-A engine tired or irreparable? This complete kit allows you to replace it with a new engine with 1/2 reduction, with equivalent specifications, without major modification to the tiller. The first two photos show the original engine to help you identify your machine.

Kit contents

• New engine with 1/2 reduction, 18 or 20 mm shaft of your choice (supplied without key)
• Offset plate and spacers
• Complete bolt set
• Accelerator cable
• Exhaust gas deflector
• Belt (longer than original)
• Pully reboring if necessary*

*The original engine generally had an 18 or 20 mm shaft: choose the engine with the corresponding diameter and pulley reboring becomes unnecessary.

Which engine to choose?

The table at the bottom of the page compares the available engines: displacement, shaft diameter, oil level safety, warranty, and country of manufacture. In summary: the Promoteur G200V/G210V is the economical choice, the Honda GX200 is the longevity choice.

Also compatible with the Iseki KS500

This kit is also suitable for repowering the Iseki KS500 tiller (Kawasaki KF521 engine). As the wheelbase of the old engine is different from that of the KC350, two additional holes will need to be drilled in the mounting plate to attach it to the original holes of the tiller.
