Description

Repowering your Iseki KC4, KC350F or KC450F tiller

Is your original Iseki KF340, KF345 or Kawasaki KF522-A engine tired or irreparable? This complete kit allows you to replace it with a new engine with 1/2 reduction, with equivalent specifications, without major modification to the tiller. The first two photos show the original engine to help you identify your machine.

Kit contents
  • New engine with 1/2 reduction, 18 or 20 mm shaft of your choice (supplied without key)
  • Offset plate and spacers
  • Complete bolt set
  • Accelerator cable
  • Exhaust gas deflector
  • Belt (longer than original)
  • Pully reboring if necessary*

*The original engine generally had an 18 or 20 mm shaft: choose the engine with the corresponding diameter and pulley reboring becomes unnecessary.

Which engine to choose?

The table at the bottom of the page compares the available engines: displacement, shaft diameter, oil level safety, warranty, and country of manufacture. In summary: the Promoteur G200V/G210V is the economical choice, the Honda GX200 is the longevity choice.

Also compatible with the Iseki KS500

This kit is also suitable for repowering the Iseki KS500 tiller (Kawasaki KF521 engine). As the wheelbase of the old engine is different from that of the KC350, two additional holes will need to be drilled in the mounting plate to attach it to the original holes of the tiller.

Kit Moteur Villiers G200 pour remotoriser motoculteur Iseki KC 350F

KIT Moteur Villiers G200 pour Iseki KC 350 F.Montage impeccable, tout est dans le kit. J'ai seulement repercer 8 trous D8,5mm( 4 pour avancer de 30mm la platine sur le châssis et 4 pour avancer le moteur de 30 mm sur la platine, soit décalage de 60mm vers l'avant. Ceci pour éviter le contact du moteur avec les commandes des crabots. Il me reste seulement à trouver une courroie à la bonne longueur, ce ne sera pas compliqué.( la courroie du kit est un peu courte suite au décalage imposé.

Très facile a monter pour mon casJuste un petit défaut la courroie fourni un peu trop petite moteur reculer a fond il faudrait une courroie de 2 cm de plus Longueur développé autrement très bon produit de bonnes qualités a voir dans le temps

Très bon produit changer en deux heures les pièces s'adapte sans problème, un motoculteur iseki qui fonctionne maintenant parfaitement. Merci pour avoir inventé ce kit. Livraison en 48 heures. Rien à redire.

Je mets 4* car je ne peux pas utiliser la courroie qui est vraiment trop grande même en poussant le moteur au fond de la plaque. Et je n'ai pas pu utiliser la courroie d'origine qui est trop courte. J'j'ai donc commandé une courroie chez un mécanicien agricole. Je trouve aussi que les documents fournis sont trop succincts pour monter le moteur pour un néophyte comme moi. Le moteur tourne bien j'j'ai hâte de le tester
