Can I return my product if it is not suitable/if I change my mind?
Yes, orders placed by individuals are eligible for a 14-day return period starting from the date the customer receives the package. You can contact us during this period to return an item for exchange or refund without having to justify your decision. During this time, you can unpack and inspect your order just as you would in a store. Products showing signs of use or damage cannot be returned.

In the event of cancellation, only the return shipping costs are your responsibility; please note that these costs can be high for bulky products, so do not hesitate to contact us if you have any doubts.
All fees paid at the time of ordering, including shipping costs, will be refunded, except for customers who chose "express" delivery, in which case only the shipping costs equivalent to standard delivery will be refunded.

In the event of cancellation or a defect covered by the warranty for which repair is impossible, we will issue a refund using the same method you used for payment (unless you expressly request otherwise) within a maximum of 14 days.
For payment by bank transfer, we will ask for your bank details (RIB) so that we can process the refund.
