Replacement engine for Iseki KS280 with KT290 engine, including plow and tiller.

This kit includes a modern replacement engine and several accessories to facilitate its installation on an Iseki KS280 tiller with plow and tines, replacing the original Iseki KT290 engine.

The first 3 photos show the rototiller with its original engine for identification.

The kit includes:

• New 1/2 geared motor with a choice of 18 or 20mm shaft, supplied without keyway. See the table below to compare the different motors.
• Bolts
• Spacers
• Offset plate
• Cable accelerator
• Deflector gas exhaust
• Belt (longer than the original one)
• Reboring of the pulley if necessary*

*Generally, the original motor had an 18 or 20mm shaft; in this case, you simply need to select a motor with the corresponding dimensions. In this case, the pulley bore is not necessary.

Special note regarding the pulley: we have noticed that a different pulley (steel type instead of cast iron) can be fitted to this Iseki KS280, and this pulley does not have enough material for the bore, so it is necessary to change it if this is the case. Please contact us if you have any doubts.
