Replacement engine for KUBOTA tillers with reduction gear

This kit includes a modern replacement engine with specifications equivalent to the original engine, as well as several accessories to facilitate its installation on a Kubota tiller:

• T250
• T350
• T420C
• T450
• T 520C
• T550
• T650
• T750
• Other versions with a reduction on the camshaft which rotates counter-clockwise when you are facing the shaft (on some other Kubota models the engine rotates clockwise, if this is the case do not hesitate to contact us to find out if a solution is possible)

These tillers were originally equipped with engines with a 1/2 reduction gear. Fitting the new engine requires offsetting the pulleys using the included plates because the new generation of engines uses a reduction gear. external , which makes the engine wider.

The kit includes:

• New 1/2 geared motor with a choice of 18 or 20mm shaft, supplied without keyway. See the table below to compare the different motors.
• Bolts
• Spacers
• Offset plates for replacing an engine with an 85mm wheelbase *(Note: If you have 80mm plates, please leave a comment at the end of your order and we will provide the appropriate plates.)
  
• Cable accelerator
• Deflector gas exhaust
  
• Reboring of the pulley if necessary*

*Most often, the original motor had an 18 or 20mm shaft; in this case, you simply need to select a motor with the corresponding dimensions. In this case, the pulley bore is not necessary.

WARNING: we would like to point out that converting old machines is not an exact science and that in some cases compromises must be made, and more or less significant modifications may be required to make the adaptation possible.
