Wanting to repower my old rototiller, I did some research on the net and the VILLIERS G200VFQ engine marketed by SDC Imports seemed suitable.
The exchanges, by email, allowed me to notice the professionalism of this company not content with selling but also providing advice and their website, tab "Customer Conversions" feedback with numerous examples of re-engining with photos and comments.
Dismantling the Briggs and Stratton engine and removing the 3 pulleys allowed me to verify the dimensions given for choosing the crankshaft output.
The order was placed Sunday evening for the engine, accessories and lubricant received on Tuesday (home delivery by Chronopost).
The preparation of the new engine is done in the workshop (throttle cable, gas deflector, remote start/stop button, engine oil filling).
The reassembly, including preparation, was completed in one afternoon; all that remained was to add fuel for a first test.
Everything works very well and the engine is less noisy than its predecessor.
