Replacing the engine on a Mamétora MC200 tiller. The new engine replaces a Shibaura GED 20 R engine mounted on a Mamétora MC 200 tiller. The engine was removed, and the new Villiers G 200 VFC engine with a 1/2 reduction gear was installed. The exhaust was removed, the keyway modified, and the pulley installed. The pulleys were then aligned and tested with the belts. The sheet metal was marked, drilled, and cut to size for mounting two spacers on the frame. The engine was then installed, its alignment adjusted, and secured. The exhaust pipe was modified (the tube was extended). A mounting bracket was fabricated. The engine was then filled with oil and gasoline and tested. It started on the first pull of the starter cord. Tests were conducted immediately in the field.
