Honda F50 engine repowering with Villiers G200

Remotorisation HONDA F50 avec Villiers G200

My old, worn-out rototiller needed a restoration. Since replacement parts were unavailable after 40 years, I contacted MAG MOTEURS DIRECT for an engine replacement kit. I started by dismantling the old engine, which was easy enough. Next came fitting the exhaust deflector, a piece of cake. The part that took the most time was the key, which I filed down. Of course, I have a bench grinder and a grinder, but for a precise, well-made part, nothing beats a good file. Fitting the pulley took less than a minute with the right tools. For engine installation, I used two wooden blocks at the same height as the spacers. The throttle lever is secured with two self-tapping screws. Finally, I added 4-stroke oil, SP95 gasoline (in my case, with a special engine additive), and gave it a pull. That's a machine that works. Thanks MAG.
