Tips for replacing the engine on a HONDA F42 tiller
Use the spacers provided in the kit and position the motor as far forward as possible to keep it away from the brake cables.
Position the pulley using the 22mm rings and modify the 'T' key (7X7; 5mm at the base X 27mm long) then lock the pulley.
Check the alignment of the pulleys and tighten the motor fixings.
Rotate the belt support bracket 180° and fix it towards the threaded hole at the bottom right of the motor output shaft.
Secure the cable housing and the throttle lever.
Fill the 4-stroke engine oil and the 95 octane gasoline tank.
