Universal kit for tillers up to 7HP with geared motor - G200V 6.5hp (18mm) Promoter is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
This kit includes a modern replacement engine with a 1/2 reduction to replace engines with reduction up to 7HP on tillers for which we do not have a specific kit.
On older engines, the reduction is achieved on the camshaft, reducing the engine speed by half for a maximum of 1,800 rpm. Installing the new engine often requires adjusting the timing to align the pulleys because the new generation of engines uses a reduction gear. external , which makes the engine wider.
The kit includes:
- New 1/2 geared motor of your choice, supplied without keyway, see the table below to compare the different motors
- Bolts
- Undrilled offset plate, allowing you to drill it yourself to reposition the motor on the machine
- Throttle cable
- Deflector gas exhaust
