Initially, when ordering, do not forget the possibility of having the original pulley reamed.
To remove the original engine, remove everything related to the engine: cables, bolts, etc.
For mounting the new Eco engine EM 65-X
Follow the photos provided.
In my case, I added a shim of about 1 cm underneath to have a little more space between the rocker cover and the machine.
This will make belt tensioning a little easier.
Mount the pulley and simultaneously align the pulleys.
I know, it's not easy, but we have to go through this.
Especially since you have to tighten the belt at the same time.
Once the alignment and tension have been achieved, do not attempt to reinstall the belt cover; it is no longer the correct size.
